I sent my return back and I’m still sitting here waiting for my refund. The whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be, especially having to deal with those automated systems that never actually help. I just wanted to talk to a real person and get a straight answer

The site was okay overall, like I could find what I needed, browse around, add stuff to my cart, check product details, all that. But the checkout was kind of slow. It felt like every step took a bit longer than it should, like loading the cart, entering shipping info, moving to payment, confirming the order, even just waiting for the next page to show up. Not terrible or anything, just a little annoying when you’re trying to finish up quickly...

I got pretty much what was advertised... it was just a little off, but still good enough for what I needed.

I ordered from Ashlen i was disappointed when it arrived. The material felt really thin and kind of cheap, the stitching was messy in a few places, and it didn’t look much like the pictures online.

I still tried to use it for a bit, but it started showing wear way sooner than I expected. For what I paid, I thought the quality would be much better, I definitely wouldn’t buy it again

I’m kind of frustrated because this was way more expensive than it should’ve been. For what you get, it’s just really basic and doesn’t feel worth the price at all. I expected more, honestly.

I ordered from ashlen.co and it showed up way quicker than I expected. They sent the tracking soon after I placed the order too, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. No problems at all really, just happy it got here so fast because I was kind of expecting to wait longer..

I’ve ordered from them twice now and both times the delivery came when they said it would. The tracking was decent enough, and when I asked support about the timing they basically said something like, “It’s still on track and should arrive as expected,” which ended up being true. One box had a small dent in it, but nothing inside was damaged, so no real complaints

I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged customer service, not expecting much of a quick reply.
They got back to me faster than I thought and explained everything clearly. I was a little worried it would turn into a whole thing, but no, they kept it simple. It did take a bit longer to fully sort out than I hoped, though they kept responding the whole time.
Overall, my experience with ashlen.co was good. Not perfect, but the support team was responsive and genuinely helpful enough that I’d feel okay ordering again.

I ordered my usual size from Ashlen the fit was just off. The top was really tight around the arms but somehow loose at the waist, so the overall shape felt kind of weird on me. I did check the size chart, but it didn’t really help. Returning it seems like a hassle, so I guess I’ll just deal with it, but I’m definitely disappointed.

The order tracking didn’t update for days, so I really had no clue where my package was. I reached out to them and got a basic reply, but it didn’t help much. It did show up eventually, just later than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience, but they definitely need to improve the tracking

The item itself seems fine, but the box showed up kind of crushed and the packaging was a mess. I know companies always say stuff like “carefully packed,” but yeah, that didn’t really feel true here.

I found it comfortable overall, and the site was easy enough to figure out without any hassle. If you’re just looking for something straightforward and don’t want to spend a bunch of time navigating around, I’d say it’s a solid option

Maybe it’s just me, but the style really didn’t do it for me. In person, it came across looking cheap, and the overall design just felt a bit off

I really wanted this to work out, but it fell apart after the two weeks of using it. For a product like this, I expected an better quality. Disappointing overall.
